We understand that each employer and set of employees is different.
Differences range from size, number and types of location, operations, payroll methods and Human Resources practices.
From the beginning, SF&C works with you. We take the time to understand your members’ needs in order to customize a Voluntary Benefits package that fits your needs and those of your employees/members.
After designing the benefits package, SF&C will propose the most effective and least intrusive combination of enrollment strategies.
These could include one or more of the following: group and/or individual meetings, Lunch and Learn sessions and Benefit fairs. Ideally, SF&C and your Human Resources Manager together will decide on the strategy which will be most effective for your group.
Our Benefits Representatives will work with your members/employees individually and/or as a group, according to each one’s schedule.
They go to great lengths to understand each person’s insurance needs, goals and budgets prior to recommending a program, which the Representative ensures is fully comprehended prior to closure.
Once the enrollment process is completed, our work has only just begun.
