At S. F. & C., customer care is a top priority. Our Customer Care team has dedicated people to help your members with questions they have about their insurance plans. We also assist your members in contacting the right people at the insurance carriers to help with claims. In addition, our team is here to help with any policy changes your members need. Many of our Customer Care team members are licensed in Life and Health, enabling them to give your members the best explanation of coverage.
