Our Representatives, Your Connection
SF&C’s team of Benefits Managers and Representatives assembled throughout the country, are our connection to you and your people. These Benefits professionals are there to assist your people:
- Plan and choose the benefits that are right for them and their families—benefits can include life insurance, disability, accident, critical care, or one of our many other options available to help your members plan for the future.
- Answer questions about product selection and the enrollment process
- Assist in claims services.
Our Benefits Managers and Representatives will conduct either group or individual enrollment meetings, whichever format had been previously decided. They will meet with your people at their convenience, at home or at the worksite during a break.
The Benefits Representatives’ most important responsibility is to ensure that the client is totally clear on what coverage has been purchased prior to closure and to keep in touch with the client as often as necessary for the client’s peace of mind.
