The Benefits Process
We understand that each Union or Association is very different. From the basics of varying in size to locations of its members, to the more complex differences such as various payroll methods and Human Resource Departments, S. F. & C. works with you to customize Voluntary Benefits packages that fit your needs and those of your members. We pay careful attention to the specific benefits appropriate for the Group. For each Group we concentrate on presentation styles that are most effective, including Group meetings, Lunch and Learn meetings, Benefit Fair booths, and one-on-one meetings, just to name a few.
From the very beginning S. F. & C. takes the time to understand your insurance needs. We have Benefits Representatives to assist your members in helping them to select the most appropriate insurance coverage. Our representatives work with your members as a group as well as individually so they feel comfortable knowing that their insurance needs are being met. We will meet with your members at their convenience, whether it is during their lunch break or after work at their home. We gladly work around their schedule.
Once we have completed the enrollment process with your members, our work has only just begun. S. F. & C. makes customer care a top priority. Using our toll-free number, your members have access to our Customer Care Representatives who are there to assist in answering questions regarding benefits, making policy changes, or if the need arises, helping your members file claims.
